Topolie’s career started as a 19-year-old playing for Dennis Schooley’s Stratford Hillers before moving on to Toronto and establishing himself among the best catchers and hitters to play in the Intercounty Baseball League.
Topolie, enters his 26th season in the IBL in 2022 has lead the Maple Leafs to great success on field including taking the team to the 2016 and 2021 Dominico Trophy Finals.
