Solazzo returns for 2024

TORONTO - The Toronto Maple Leafs Baseball Club (@iblmapleleafs) announced today the signing of 3rd Baseman Johnathan Solazzo ( Mississauga, On)

The 6'3" , 230 lb Solazzo is entering his 14th season in the IBL. Last season was one of his best. He hit .333 (45-135) in 36 games with 5 2B's, 14 HR's and 47 RBI's. The 14 Homeruns and 47 RBI’s are career highs in a season. For his efforts Johnathan was named a 1^st Team IBL All-Star. In his IBL career Solazzo has hit .297 (409-1375) with 68 2B's, 1 3B, 76 HR, 337 RBI's and 23 SB's. He currently sit 11^th All-Time in the IBL in RBI’s and is Tied for 9^th in HR’s.
